My Favorite Hello Kitty Shops

I've decided to feature some of the places and websites where I get my Hello Kitty Stuff from =)

First up, Online Shopping! My favorite past time =)

Sanrio Japan Online Shop

The Sanrio Japan Online Shop has the most extensive range of Hello Kitty merchandise! I love browsing the pages to see the latest collections. This is where I love to go for interior items such as my Hello Kitty make-up self, rugs, bedsheets etc. Love the wonderful and exclusive selection. I use the White Rabbit Japan buying service to help me buy and ship the items over. Its slightly more expensive but I feel rather worth it for the items which you can't get unless you travel to Japan.

Sanrio USA Online Shop

This is another of my favorite online shop! Sanrio USA has many exclusive items which are not found in the Sanrio Japan online shop. This includes designer collections like Loungefly and Tokidoki. I especially like it that they like to give away free items with purchase =) I got a lovely silver kitty watch once and a free Tokidoki Kitty mug... so happy.

JJL平價日貨館

JJL平價日貨館 which roughly translates to JJL Cheap (or Reasonably Priced) Japanese Goods Shop is  an online shop based in Taiwan. They do ship overseas depending on country. The quote for shipping is given separately after the item is purchased but so far I have found the shipping charges to be rather reasonable. They do have Sanrio collections though not all collections are available. I like to browse their webstore for their interior stuff as well and also for their cute Hello Kitty and Disney costumes =) Here's where I got my Hello Kitty small chair and Hello Kitty leopard print romper.

JJL has a store in Taipei, Taiwan. I will definitely visit them on my next trip to Taiwan!

Loungefly is an American brand that makes quite a lot of Hello Kitty products. The ones I love most are the bags... they come in so many varieties that I gave up trying to buy any... well I got one black embossed bag for work and that was it =) Still eyeing that leopard-print bag pack and the camo-print messenger bag... =P

Hello Kitty Make-Up Box

Its here! I've been wanting to buy this lovely Hello Kitty Make-Up Box for the longest time but everytime it was stocked and re-stocked on the Sanrio website, it sold out so fast that I never got the chance to buy it. Finally I succeeded!

Here's what I'm talking about! 2 colors; brilliant Red and sweet Pink =) I ordered the Pink one although I also really liked the Red... no budget though =P

Delivered in this box, nicely packed with foam boards to prevent damage during transportation.

 Welcome the new addition to my Hello Kitty room =)

 Here's how it looks like on the inside... so many compartments and an expendable mirror. Can't wait to start organizing my make-up in here!

 View with the mirror opened... It even comes with a small mirror for putting on my eye makeup or perhaps to closely inspect the zits on my face =(

 Ta-Dah! Everything is so neat and tidy!!!

 This is just so lovely...

In the bottom drawer, I have my eye shadows, Hello Kitty brush and blushers.

 I put my lip gloss and mascara in the top shelf... I seem to be lacking in the lipstick department cus I seldom use them... Oh well, great excuse to go lip stick shopping haha...

 And some random stuff like my Tokidoki and Naked eye shadow collection, Kitty compact mirror and comb.

 And that's it! I really love this... Only I wouldn't really carry it around using only its handle as it becomes quite heavy after I loaded all my make-up in there and I definitely do not want to damage my precious make-up box =)

Hello Kitty Re-Ment

I made a little set-up to display my Re-Ment collection. I so badly wanted the Re-Ment Puchi House but they sold out so long ago and are now selling for $400 on sites like eBay! So I decided to DIY... =) I painted some boards pink with the paint left over from painting my room =)

And this is how I set it up... Its really just version one and not really complete yet. I will be adding wooden floors, decorations and probably countertops so I can display more stuff from my Re-Ment collection.

Just love Re-Ment! Wish I could collect them all =)

Hello Kitty Nails

I was shopping one day and came upon a shop selling cute Hello Kitty nail art stickers! I bought a few packs and finally tried them out...

 They looked really cute and have quite a lot of variety. I think I paid $10 for 3 or 5... I can't remember

 

I decided to have more variations by painting my nails in two different colors =) Pink with pink glitter and a darker pink with gold glitter.

 I just love it! Wish I could have them on permanently =)

My Hello Kitty Room... with a Growl!

Here is my Hello Kitty room with my latest leopard print collection (newly added rug!) :

 Love the luxurious feel of the bed cover and pillows!!! 

My Christmas 2012 Kitty is right in the middle... love how they put blushes on her cheeks =)

View from the other side... makes me wanna just lie down and cuddle!

I put a Kitty chair cover on my Teddy Bear chair which I got from IKEA =) Makes the perfect reading chair... or for TV haha...

Below, bolsters, long pillows and cosy chair =) I think getting both Pink together with White makes the whole set-up look much sweeter.

Can't believe they even sell these matching bedroom slippers.

Couldn't decide which background is prettier... hee...

 And that's about it... I really love this collection. 

Can't wait for the next installment in the series =)

My New Hello Kitty Rug

I got a new Hello Kitty Rug to match my kitty leopard print collection! I ordered this specially from the Sanrio Japan online store! Slightly pricey but I thought it was good value for money =)

Again I ordered through the White Rabbit service. I got it in just 3 days! FedEx delivers =)

Like a cocoon it emerges! Sorry, can't help the cheesiness... =P

 Tadah! It looks and feels super luxurious =)

I made a choice between the pink or white version. I didn't want to go overboard with PINK in my room so I got the white one instead. I've always felt that it looked more original anyway =)
