I guess as living creatures on this planet, we are all naturally inclined to want to be close to mother nature. For me, that would be through the art of Bonsai. The way a tree can be grown to look the way it would when fully matured and yet still remain small in size amazes me. Although I do think it is very cruel that we are deliberately depriving the plant of its right to flourish and reach its magnificent stature. Anyway, I started my Bonsai hobby three years ago. I am still an amateur at this and I think it would probably take me another ten years to grow and nurture beautiful bonsais.
